ANSWERING TICKETS:
We try to answer questions with 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on what time of the day your ticket is entered into our Support Center. Our normal staff hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (Central Time USA - To find out what time and date it is at our location Click Here and enter "Arkansas" in the Search Bar "Search for city or place...". Occasionally someone may be here before or after hours and on weekends. If you ask your question on Friday or Saturday (depending on what time your ticket is submitted) it may take up to 48 hours to answer your question.
NOTE: If we need to research your question(s) we will keep you up-to-date.

TICKETS: Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

KNOWLEDGE BASE: We will be constantly adding to our knowledge base the answers we have given others with the same or similar question(s) you may have. Please try and check the Knowledge Base first. This may help you get a quicker answer. Plus other articles of interest.
